I agree that XPowerRadio has the ability to terminate me if any information is false, through which I agreed upon applying, at any time. If I choose to go to elsewhere, I must give RockinRon at least one (1) day notice. I agree that while working with XPowerRadio I may not DJ for anyother radio station. I agree to tell RockinRon of any problems with an user or staff member. I agree that if I am going to be late or miss a show I need to give a 24 hour notice so that other arrangements can be made to fill my time slot. I understand that XpowerRadio has a zero (0) DRAMA policy and that if I engage or take part in any DRAMA, myself and others involved will be Kicked and/or Banned from XpowerRadio. I also agree that XpowerRadio records IP addresses and stores them and if I attempt to hack the website or the shoutcast server, XpowerRadio has the Legal Right to turn over my ip and isp provider to SWcast Network & MyShoutServer.com and to Local & National Law Enforcement. If I wish to add a player or a image to my own site I MUST ASK PERMISSION- FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION & LEGAL ACTIONS.
